PENDING PUNK SUBLICENSE — UNLOCKS AT GOAL
No fractional ownership, ever. The Punk itself is bought and held by the treasury — not split, not co-owned, not fractionalized to holders. What holders may get is a license to use it, nothing more.
Once the treasury actually buys the CryptoPunk, holders may also become eligible for a sublicense to it — scoped to whatever CryptoPunks' V1 commercial license permits us to pass on.
This is not active and not guaranteed — we don't own a Punk yet, so we can't sublicense one yet.
Full eligibility, scope, and terms will be published after the Punk purchase is complete.
